STUDENT ABSENCES

If your child is not attending school, please email attendance@eacs.wa.edu.au or complete the Explanation of Student Absence form below.

  • Students arriving at school late must sign in at the office.
  • Students leaving the school during the school day must sign in and out at the office.
  • Students leaving school before the end of the school day must sign out at the office.

Applications for all other leave during term time must be made in writing by the parent(s)/guardian(s) prior to the absence by completing the Request for Student Absence form.
